The Creation Process + WIP Posts

 Alright, so the day we’ve been waiting for is here! Tonight at midnight (er, 11:59 PM EST) they are releasing the Main Round One prompts, which signals the actual start of the competition. I decided to make this to sort of get everyone clear on how things will run as soon as it’s released.

• I will make a “hey guys the prompt is going to be released let’s get hyped” post.
• Any other loose ends should be tied up.
• The prompt will be released.
• Everyone will be asked to read the post regarding the specifics of the prompt.
• I. If anyone has an idea that’s really sticking out to them, or an idea at all really, they’ll be recorded and listed in another post.
• II. a) If no one has a really good idea, then I'll go around and ask that everyone think of one.
• b) If no one can think of one, she’ll ask that they pick out a medium to work with and build from there. The list of ideas will be viewed by everyone in the group. Everyone will vote for their favorite/the best idea. Roles will be assigned, breaking down the project.
• A check or two will be implemented in which everyone posts a WIP shot or a scrap or something. 
• When everyone is done with their part, we'll exchange work and peer edit. 
• Once that is done, we'll consolidate everything into a first draft of a finished fill.
• From there, we'll continue to edit and perfect our submission. 
• Everyone will do a final check over the art and ensure that it's as good as we can make it. 
• We'll find a way to host it, if necessary.
• When it's ready to go, I'll send an email to the mods with our fill.

I also wanted to remind you that you are not allowed to publish anything of post until the mods give us the okay. I know that some of you like to do WIP posts on Tumblr or Facebook, but you really can't do this! I'm actually going to request that all posts on the comm made regarding our art on the prompt be marked as "members only". 

Okay now I just found out that they're also releasing the collab round promp and I'm having a heart attack so ENDING THIS HERE.
